SequeiraLab is back, rejuvenated after our summer break and looking forward to another productive year in 2021.
To kick start the year we have already submitted an application to the Ocean Decade Call for Actions for our MegaMove Program to be endorsed by United Nations Decade of Ocean Science (UNDOS) for Sustainable Development (2021 – 2030). UNDOS is ‘the science we need for the ocean we want’ implemented through global projects, programmes and activities over the next decade, and we would be thrilled to get our global project endorsed.
There’s some other good news too, with exciting paper revisions received, publication of a Reply in the journal Global Ecology and Conservation led by Charlotte, PhD student completions looming, and preparations for a thrilling trip to the Shark Bay World Heritage Area underway as part of the Gathaagudu Animal Tracking (GAT) Project.
